Contact your insurer before booking if required by your policy. You may need a GP referral, membership/policy number and a pre-authorisation code. Mr Omakobia's current public profiles list Bupa/Bupa Fee Assured, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Allianz Worldwide Care among insurer entries. He has also confirmed recognition by Healix Health Insurance as of 2 September 2026. Individual policy cover must still be checked.

Suggested referral content: clinical question; duration and severity of symptoms; previous medical treatment and response; relevant comorbidities (including asthma/allergy where relevant); anticoagulant/antiplatelet treatment; previous ENT surgery; relevant imaging, audiology or test results; and insurer authorisation details where applicable. For watery-eye / DCR referrals, please include any prior ophthalmic or lacrimal assessment and history of dacryocystitis where available.
