Self-pay ENT and nasal surgery fees

My surgical fees depend on the procedure and complexity of treatment. Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised quotation.

These starting prices cover my consultant surgical fee only.

Septoplasty — from £1,500
Septoplasty with turbinate reduction — from £1,750
Endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) — from £1,500
Functional septorhinoplasty — from £2,750

Hospital and anaesthetic charges are additional and are quoted separately by Spencer Private Hospitals.

Rhinoplasty: I provide an individual quotation following consultation, including any VAT that applies to my surgical fee.

Booking with private medical insurance

I welcome patients with private medical insurance, including those insured with Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, Allianz Worldwide Care and Healix Health Insurance.

Before booking, please contact your insurer to confirm that your policy covers a consultation with me and whether a GP referral or pre-authorisation is required.

My private secretary can help you arrange your appointment. Please have your insurance membership or policy number and any authorisation code available when booking.

Cover varies between policies, and any investigations or treatment may require additional authorisation from your insurer.

ENT referrals from GPs and clinicians

Suggested referral content: clinical question; duration and severity of symptoms; previous medical treatment and response; relevant comorbidities (including asthma/allergy where relevant); anticoagulant/antiplatelet treatment; previous ENT surgery; relevant imaging, audiology or test results; and insurer authorisation details where applicable. For watery-eye / DCR referrals, please include any prior ophthalmic or lacrimal assessment and history of dacryocystitis where available.

For patient-identifiable information, please use your usual secure clinical referral route or contact my private secretary to confirm the appropriate secure destination. Avoid sending sensitive patient information through an unsecured channel.
