Mr Omakobia undertakes selected routine paediatric ENT assessment and surgery in addition to his rhinology practice. The child's symptoms, age, development, previous treatment and family priorities are all considered when planning care.

Not every child with tonsil, adenoid or glue-ear symptoms needs an operation. The consultation covers severity, frequency, impact on sleep/school/development, previous treatment and the expected benefits and risks of intervention.
